How long does it take to process an order?

What is your return policy?
If you believe that the product delivered is not as stipulated in the contract, please contact us immediately by phone or through our chat service, providing the product details and the damage sustained.
You must return the product to any of our stores in Egypt or hand it over to the courier we send to your home.
We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you within a reasonable period whether the product can be exchanged or if you are entitled to a refund. The refund or replacement of the item will proceed as soon as possible after we send you confirmation.
If the returned product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund, including any delivery and return charges you incurred. The refund will always be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
