  4. Note that we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

  1. All orders are subject to product availability. If products are unavailable, we may offer substitutes of equal or higher quality. If you do not accept substitutes, we will refund any amount paid.

14. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

17. SHIPPING OPTIONS

  1. Shipping options may vary based on your delivery address, the time you place your order, and item availability.
  2. During checkout, you’ll see the available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates.
  3. Please note that deliveries occur only on working days, and the shipping address must match the market/region where you made the purchase.

Home Delivery • Inside Cairo: 3-5 working days • Outside Cairo: 7-10 working days • International: 10-15 working days

  • Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page, allowing you to review the options provided by our shipping partners and their respective costs before completing your purchase.

18. STORE PICKUP

  1. Select the "Pickup from Store" option during checkout.
  2. We will show you available drop points and estimated pickup dates.
  3. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
  4. Please bring identification to collect your order. If someone else is picking it up, they must present written authorization and a copy of your ID.
  5. Orders must be picked up within 7 working days of arrival.

19. ORDER TRACKING AND CHANGES

  1. Estimated Delivery Date: Provided at checkout and available for tracking in your account.
  2. Changing Shipping Method: Not possible once the purchase is completed.
  3. Order Delivery Issues: If you’re absent at the delivery time, please contact us for verification with the courier.
  4. Refusing Delivery: Contact us if you no longer wish to receive your order.
  5. Order Delays: If there’s a delay, we will call you with a new delivery date and update your order details.
  6. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received: Contact us so we can check with the carrier.
